We specialize in coaching beginner and intermediate runners.

We have various training options to fit your needs. Don’t see what you need? Send us an email, we are happy to chat about custom programs! Sessions can be done in person in our Howard County, MD studio or virtually.

CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN

If you are looking for structure and guidance in your training program, this is it! We give you the tools you need so you are ready to execute.

Includes:

  • Initial consult and goal setting session with your coach
  • Personalized schedule and training calendar based on your current level and goals
  • Access to community events and group runs (if local)

1:1 COACHING

Perfect for those with a specific goal race or PR in mind, get the feedback and accountability you need.

Includes:

  • 60 minute consult and goal setting session with your coach
  • Personalized schedule and training calendar based on your current level and goals
  • Bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins with your coach
  • Access to community events and group runs (if local)
  • Email and text access to your coach

BACK TO BASICS

Just starting out, returning to the sport, or looking for longer-term support to your goal? Commit to a monthly program for ongoing assessment and personal coaching.

Includes:

  • 60 minute consult and goal setting session with your coach
  • Personalized schedule and training calendar
  • Bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins with your coach
  • Monthly re-evaluation of progress and goals
  • Email and text access to your coach

** all coaching sessions can be done in studio or virtually and booked through our easy online scheduling system

OUR EXPERTISE

We are a team of coaches that have a variety of experiences varying from beginner walk/run programs, 5k/10k training, all the way to marathons and ultramarathons. We are experts in working with beginner and intermediate runners looking to improve their running in distance and/or pace. We will help to match you with a coach who has experience and expertise in helping individuals with your background and preferred style. 

Our Approach

When it comes to running, we believe in every body. We believe that every runner or aspiring runner comes from a different background, has different goals, and therefore must receive an individualized approach. We consider your previous running experience, injuries, and life and time commitments in developing your coaching plan.

As your coach, we serve as your guide, your accountability partner, and your cheerleader.

 

We combine a healthy mix of meeting you where you are while challenging any beliefs you may have that will hold you back from meeting your goals. You can expect empathy, direction, and encouragement along the way.
