Class Descriptions

&Running &Strength

In this half running/half strength workout, time is split between running or walking and strength training to improve your overall fitness. Expect varying timed intervals on the treadmill, and dumbbell and bodyweight based exercises on the mat. Each workout is geared towards a specific muscle group, check the schedule for the class focus to be sure to hit all of your needs during the week.

&Endurance

In this 45 or 60 minute class, intervals are longer and steady. Expect hills and slower speed intervals to increase your endurance and performance. This class is appropriate for all levels, from power walkers to advanced runners.

Our hour-long &Endurance +core combines a 45 minute treadmill workout with 10 minutes of core work on the mat.

 

&Power

In this 60 minute workout, faster intervals on the treadmill are paired with strength work on the floor (and back again) to give you a HIIT-style workout designed to get you a high energy, sweat-generating workout.

&Hike

In this 45 minute walking-only class, you’ll go for a treadmill hike up, up, and up the hills to get a cardiovascular and muscle workout like no other.

&Beginners

In this intro class, time is split between running/walking and strength training. Beginner or returning runners are encouraged to begin running or speed walking short intervals. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, in the most supportive studio environment you’ve ever experienced.

&Recovery

In this 45 minute recovery-focused workout, you’ll get a deep stretch and foam rolling to restore the muscles you work so hard in other workouts.

Open Gym

NormaTec Recovery Sessions

NormaTec boots bring runners recovery on the go. The boots are a dynamic compression device that use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid and speed recovery. Sit in these boots for 15-30 minutes and your legs will feel good as new. Useful post-race or as a regular recovery regimen, we offer NormaTec boot sessions for booking from our app or website.
