Class Descriptions
&Running &Strength
&Endurance
In this 45 or 60 minute class, intervals are longer and steady. Expect hills and slower speed intervals to increase your endurance and performance. This class is appropriate for all levels, from walkers to advanced runners.
&Power
In this 60 minute workout, faster intervals on the treadmill are paired with strength work on the floor (and back again) to give you a HIIT-style workout designed to get you a high energy, sweat-generating workout.
&Hike
In this 45 minute walking-only class, you’ll go for a treadmill hike up, up, and up the hills to get a cardiovascular and muscle workout like no other.
&Beginners
In this intro class, beginner or returning runners are encouraged to begin running or speed walking short intervals. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, in the most supportive studio environment you’ve ever experienced.
&Recovery
In this 30 minute recovery-focused workout, you’ll get a deep stretch and foam rolling to restore the muscles you work so hard in other workouts.
